Trip Policies

All participants must sign a Liability Disclaimer before traveling with the Sno-Gophers Ski Club (a disclaimer must be signed when the initial deposit is paid, if not already signed).
Trips must be paid in full by the final payment date. Persons in delinquent status will not be allowed to travel until financial obligations are met.
All children under the age of 18 must be accompanied by a responsible adult.
Weekend trips will include meals, lodging, transportation and lift tickets, unless otherwise specified. Rental equipment not included in packaged price.
Room assignments are based on date of full payment.
Requests for single accommodations requires payment of a single supplement, if available.
Roommate(s) selection will be honored when possible.
The bus seat you occupy going to a ski area will be the same seat you occupy on your return.
There will be no smoking or alcohol consumption on any of the Sno-Gophers Ski Club buses.
Members will be held responsible for bad checks and will be placed in delinquent status until all debts are cleared. The fee for a bad check is $35.00. Final checks accepted 3 weeks prior to trip to ensure payments are cleared.
Minimum deposits required for all Sno-Gophers trips are as follows: Midwest weekend: $50.00 (except Carnival $100); One-day: $25.00; Jetliner: $100.
No personal checks will be accepted after final payment date from Club members. Cash, money orders or cashier's checks will be accepted only.
Guest payments: Midwest weekend, $50; One day, $25; Jetliner, $100. Payments will be accepted in cash, money orders, or cashier’s checks only. Personal checks must clear 3 weeks prior to trip going out. The fee for bad checks is $35.
A separate check is required for each Jetliner and Midwest trip taken.
Failure to notify the trip leader in writing of cancellation on or before the cancellation date may result in forfeiture of all payments.
All Midwest trips will depart from a pre-announced location.
